Phone consultation
We’ll start with an informal phone conversation to get an idea of what your plans are for your build. This normally takes about 10 minutes and is a no obligation chat.

Design phase
If you are happy to proceed we’ll have a chance to meet in person during a site visit of your property. We’ll have a more in depth discussion of your plans as measurements of your property are undertaken.

Planning
Sometimes design ideas do not mesh with local council rules and navigating the planning requirements set out by local councils can be confusing and time consuming. Thankfully we have had years of experience in this area and are able to assist you through this process. We will alert you when planning is required and advise you on any adjustments that need to be made to keep your idea as close to the original as possible.

Working Drawings
This is where everything comes together. We will help you engage the appropriate consultants and gather needed documentation in order to obtain a Building Permit.
Then you build!
