Here at Gingerbread we don’t design cookie-cutter houses.  We have a firm belief in listening to our clients and designing the home they want to live in, whether it be a new build or an exciting renovation.  We believe that people should love where they live and feel both comfortable and energised by their home.  As such we love to incorporate little things like maximising natural lighting and air flow through the house and ensuring that all spaces in the house are versatile and functional – it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.  

We also have a real passion for the environment and building homes that are not only comfortable, but are also sustainable and contribute to lowering our carbon footprint for future generations.  During your build we are happy to make no-obligation suggestions that would make your home more energy efficient, giving you ongoing savings on your energy bills while contributing to a healthier environment.
